Fido's Bed will choose the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) based upon how quickly and efficiently we can ship the order to your address. Most orders will be shipped via USPS based on quicker transit times and shipment weight. Larger shipments are generally sent via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Please allow 1-3 days processing time, most orders will ship before 3 days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the first business day that follows. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Fido's Bed will not be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen problems (e.g., weather, labor disputes, etc.). Fido’s Bed does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Have your tracking number handy, as it will be needed for the carrier to assist you.
