Thank you for your order. We understand that you are excited to receive your purchase. If there is a problem with your product, please follow the instructions below in order to experience an easy and hassle free return.

 

RETURNS THAT DON'T MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA CANNOT BE PROCESSED OR REFUNDED

STEP 1: Verify Your Return

  • Item(s) must be in ORIGINAL, SELLABLE CONDITION and have all original tags and product packaging.

  • Item(s) cannot be returned if used or have any wear.

  • Item(s) returned within 15 days of purchase may be refunded via store credit or the original credit card.

  • Item(s) returned 16-90 days after date purchased may be refunded via store credit only.

  • Item(s) returned after 90 days will not be refunded.

 

Returns that don't meet the above criteria will be returned to you, at your expense.

STEP 2: Send your item back

  • Prior to shipping, please contact info@fidosbed.com to receive a RMA number and the return shipping address. (This is required, any item without a RMA number will be refused)

  • Package the items securely.

  • Include your order and RMA number, along with the reason for return. Please do not write anything on the original box.

 

The credit card used for the purchase will be issued a credit after we verify the item(s) meet the above criteria. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges unless it is a manufacturer’s defect. Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received for your credit to appear on your account.

 

 

Refused Shipments

Unless instructed otherwise, do not refuse shipments as this will result in an unnecessary shipping and handling charges. Please notify the carrier that the package is damaged, then accept the shipment and contact us for assistance.

 

Defective Items

If your product is defective, contact us immediately and we will replace your item free of additional shipping charge.
